We at Ual Öömrang Wiartshüs support the idea of Slow Food. Our philosophy is: food should be good, clean and fair. We do our best for the enjoyment of our guests and work with mainly regional products and lots of love.
In addition to Nordic classics such as fish, pork, beef and lamb, the in-house restaurant also offers young, more unusual cuisine that will surprise you. But even those who prefer to leave the fish at sea will find what they are looking for here – and will be delighted with our vegetarian options. Connoisseurs can also choose from a selection of fine wines. And to keep our younger guests happy, we also offer a special children’s menu.
In the evening, the term “Wirtshaus” is our program: Our kitchen team around our head chef brings traditional, Nordic dishes to your plate just as skillfully as creative, cosmopolitan creations with innovative products and preparation methods. We place absolute emphasis on freshness, seasonality and the preferred use of regional products.
