Cook (m/f/d) | Entremetier
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a cook (m/f/d) for the position of Entremetier (side dish cook) from 24.09.2024 and initially limited until 01.12.2024. The 2024 season is slowly coming to an end and we will be closing our restaurant towards the end of November 2024. These last few months of the season would be a good opportunity to get to know each other better and perhaps join us fully from 19.02.2025. Successfully completed training as a chef or professional experience in a comparable position

Daily creation of the mise en place
Producing and preparing food (hot and cold dishes)
Careful and responsible handling of food and raw materials
Ensuring our high quality standards and an optimal production process
Compliance with HACCP guidelines in the kitchen
What we offer:
5-day week from February to Easter and from November to the end of the season
6-day week during the rest of the year
40 hours per week with electronic time recording and time account

To strengthen our team for the 2024 season, we are looking for immediately and limited until 15.12.2024: A full-time service specialist (m/f/div.). Do you enjoy recommending dishes and wines to guests? Would you like to work on one of the most beautiful North Sea islands?
Your profile:
You have completed training as a restaurant or hotel specialist or have many years of experience in the field and know how to respond to the wishes of our guests
You don't lose track of things even in hectic times
You enjoy your work
You are a team player and understand the kitchen and service as a unit or team
